MG Booth Sign-Ups: Sheila McKinnon
RG/NYC Booth Sign-DrUps: Philomena Kedziorski
Veterans Only
Hours vary by day. See schedule below for exact shifts.
Vendor wrist passes are required for admission to the show. Passes can be picked up at the Vendor check-in window at the Hewitt Ave entrance to the right of the public's entrance. Show your MG badge. Please return the wrist pass at the end of your shift so it's available to subsequent volunteers.
Parking information will be sent to you. Parking is on the street or in designated parking lots on the corner of Wall St and Oakes with a coupon. There may be a $5 charge in the lots.
The first shift each day should pull out all the material stored under the front and back table. Handouts should be nicely displayed on the front table. The last shift should collect all materials on top of the tables and store them neatly underneath.
People signing up for the Rain Garden/ Natural Yard Care booth must have completed advanced training in one or both of those areas or get permission from Philomena.
For contact information for any listed Master Gardener, download the current roster from the Extension web site at https://extension.wsu.edu/snohomish/mginfo/
