Vendor passes are required for admission to the show. Passes can be picked up at "Will Call" at the Hewitt Ave entrance to the right of the public's entrance. Show your MG badge. Each pass is good for the entire 3 days.The plastic holders for the passes should be returned to the recycle box at the Will Call office.
Parking is on the street or in the parking garage on the corner of Wall St and Oakes. There is an Event Special Rate of $5 per day in the garage.
The first shift each day should pull out all the material stored under the front and back table. Handouts should be nicely displayed on the front table. The last shift should collect all materials on top of the tables and store them neatly underneath.
People signing up for the Rain Garden/ Natural Yard Care booth must have completed advanced training in one or both of those areas.
